Goods ordered online will be despatched from the clubhouse promptly via Royal Mail First class post to the specified delivery address. For more urgent order, please select the ‘Next Day’ delivery option or even ask about our SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE. If you select the Next day option, we use the Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ service which guarantees next day delivery.


Please note that we are only able to despatch these items on the same day if you place your order before 12 noon on a working day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched as soon as possible. Orders for delivery to the EU and worldwide will be despatched using airmail. Our delivery prices are as follows;



Goods ordered by you shall be delivered within a reasonable period of time and in any event within 14 days if the product is in stock. However, any dates for delivery which we indicate to you are (unless specifically agreed with Our Customer Services Team whose contact details are set out in section 12 below) given as an estimate only and your delivery date can never be guaranteed.


You may contact Our Customer Services Team to track the delivery of your order at any time. In addition to this, if you have not received your goods within 14 days of receiving the Order Acknowledgement We kindly request that You complete a ‘missing in post form’ which can be requested from our Customer services team (See contact details). Upon receipt of your missing in post form We will issue replacement goods in the post or, if the goods are out of stock issue either Substituted Goods or a refund.

We reserve the right to levy a further delivery charge if the reason that goods were not delivered to you was that the goods were not collected by you from Royal Mail (or any other Courier that We have used), or if You failed to arrange a re-delivery directly with Royal Mail (or any other carrier), and We issue replacement goods to you.
We are only able to deliver outside of the UK by prior arrangement between You and Our Customer Services Team. Delivery fees for addresses outside the UK shall be agreed at the time of order.


We do also offer a SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE TO THE LOCAL AREA. Please call us to see if you are within the area and for full details.

Returns Procedure


If You wish to return items, You should email our customer support team at info@foreladiesthatgolf.com requesting a return/exchange form and stating the reason that a return/exchange is required.

The form will then be emailed to you. You should then complete the returns form and send the form by e-mail to Our Customer Services Team who will supply you with a returns authorisation number (‘RAN’).
A RAN will be supplied within 3-5 working days, if you are returning Substituted Goods or Unwanted Goods, the date on which You submit the returns form to Our Customer Services Team shall be the relevant date for determining whether you are within the 14 day period provided that the returned goods are received by Us no later than 14 days following issue of a RAN.


We use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that replacements and refunds are processed and approved or rejected within 14 days of the date on which We receive the returned goods.

We recommend that all goods are returned by Royal Mail recorded delivery and that You take appropriate insurance against loss or damage of goods in transit


Unwanted Goods

If You are not happy with Your goods for any reason then You are able to return the goods (‘the Unwanted Goods’) to Us, within period of twenty eight days beginning on the day on which you receive the Unwanted Goods, provided that you advise us of your intention to do so (in writing or via email) within seven days beginning on the day on which you receive the goods. You are entitled to request either a replacement product, of the same value, or a voucher to the value of the unwanted goods. We will only issue vouchers or replace items that are in perfect and re-saleable condition. We advise You to return all goods in accordance with Our returns procedures set out above.

When returning Unwanted Goods it is Your responsibility to pay all postage costs for the return of the Unwanted Goods. The Unwanted Goods are at Your risk until they are received by Us. We recommend You send any Unwanted Goods back to Us by Recorded Delivery and take appropriate insurance against loss or damage in transit, however You may return items to Us in any manner You wish.


Faulty Goods

Under law Your statutory rights are as follows:

(i) Goods will correspond with their description;
(ii) Goods will be of satisfactory quality; and
(iii) Goods will be fit for the purpose for which they have been supplied.

If the goods supplied to You do not correspond to Your statutory rights You are advised to cease use of the goods and to contact Our Customer Services Team immediately and return the goods in accordance with Our returns procedure set out at section 18 below.


On receipt of Your goods they will be examined by a member of Our Customer Services Team who will determine whether the goods were faulty when supplied or whether they have been damaged through misuse.

If the damage to Your goods occurred by reason of Your misuse, We will inform You of this and We will at Your option either return the goods to You or dispose of the goods. If We return the goods to You, You will be responsible for any additional delivery fees which We incur. If You do not elect within 28 days either to have the goods returned to You or disposed of, We will dispose of the goods.
If the goods were faulty when supplied We shall give You a full refund of the price of the item and the costs of delivery and Your reasonable postage costs of returning the item to Us, We recommend that items are returned by recorded delivery.


Wrong Items Sent

If the wrong item has been sent to You, and it is not a substituted item, please inform Us and return the item by using the Returns procedure. We shall immediately despatch the correct item and refund any postage costs incurred by you.

Goods not arrived

If you do not receive your items within 14 days then, as no set delivery date is assigned to orders from www.foreladiesthagolf.co.uk , we would ask you to complete a ‘missing in post form’ and will offer a replacement item to be sent or a refund to be issued. www.foreladiesthagolf.com reserve the right that, if claiming for goods not arriving before the 14 days have elapsed to request the customer allows the remaining time span up to 14 days before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund.
We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for items that were not collected or if a re-delivery is not arrange by you on receipt of a card from the Courier or Royal Mail.
